Five pillars of EKOLAMP operations
As a member you will be able to meet e-waste obligations in both countries at once. Digitalisation is already under way in Slovakia and, very soon available in the country, will be the same reporting system that is in place, along with all other services, in the Czech Republic.
We collect all types of electric and electronic equipment. EKOLAMP also lets you do all your related reporting in one place. We offer ultimate simplicity and transparency. As a result, we offer one of the easiest ways on the Czech market to comply with the relevant reporting obligations.
We listen to our members and build lasting partnerships with them. We focus on developing new, targeted services and we expand our offer in line with specific needs of our members. We are a reliable partner who makes compliance with legal obligations a breeze through the provision of comprehensive support.
We make sure the whole system of e-waste collection operates in a sustainable fashion. We optimise both internal and external costs and expenditures to ensure the most efficient operation. It allows us to offer a consistently high quality of services.
We develop business support programs for our members. We can, for example, help with the achievement of defined ESG objectives or in improving the sustainability of business operations. Our services simplify compliance with legal obligations and promote sustainable development and competitiveness. Although we specialise in multinationals, we provide the same dedicated and professional service to smaller merchants as well.
Membership in Czech and international industry organisations
EKOLAMP is a member of EucoLight, a European association that brings together organisations recycling, in particular, light sources and lighting fixtures. It operates in no less than 17 countries. It is involved in all matters related to directives, legislation and standards governing the collection and recycling of lighting equipment.
EKOLAMP is a long-time partner to other organisations directly or indirectly involved in the collection of e-waste, such as the Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic (SP ČR) or the Chamber of Commerce, of which we are members.
Service quality management
A statutory audit is carried out annually in accordance with the applicable legislation. A regular internal audit is also performed as part of internal controls. It is focused in particular on internal processes, risk assessment and risk prevention.
