During 2015 there were no changes in human resources strategy and also 9 average numbers of employees of EKOLAMP was without change, these employees ensure the entire Company from the Prague office.

The Company supports a stable and safe environment for the work of its staff, not hesitates to use modern methods for motivating of employees (flexible working hours, home-office, various types of benefits, support for continuing education, etc.).
